Sales & Customer Success Manager M/F/D (Dutch Market) – Berlin

The wind is good and there are still so many possibilities that we would like to use and explore together with you!

Your responsibilities on deck:

  • Independently manage the entire sales process in the Netherlands, from proactive lead generation and onboarding to long-term partnership development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, therapists), retailers, and key business partners to drive brand growth.
  • Act as the face of NORSAN at industry congresses and events, strengthening the brand’s reputation and presence within the Dutch market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C clients, overseeing order management and ensuring premium service quality.
  • Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics) to scale and optimize Dutch business operations.

What we expect from you:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills (German is a plus)
  • Experience in sales, account management, & customer success
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset
  • Interest in health, nutrition, or supplements is a plus


Working hours:
from 40h/week
Place of work: Berlin-Friedrichshain, right at Ostkreuz
