The wind is good and there are still so many possibilities that we would like to use and explore together with you!
Your tasks on deck:
- You have 360 degree responsibility for the NORSAN brand in Norway
- You build up the NORSAN business in Norway and acquire new customers and partners
- You develop and implement creative marketing and sales activities and sometimes take unconventional paths to reach new target groups
- You recognize opportunities in the Norwegian market and use them for the success of NORSAN
- You will be a technical expert for product-related or health-related questions about omega-3 and will be the contact person for therapists and customers and actively participate in specialist congresses
- You are in close contact with the country teams in France, Italy, Poland, Slovenia and the Baltic States
What we expect from you:
- You are a native Norwegian speaker and you have good German and/or English skills
- A degree with a focus on marketing/communication or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- You are a hands-on person and also have a founder’s mindset
- Pushing things forward is in your blood and you constantly question traditional methods
- You like to think outside the box and work in a solution- and goal-orientated way
- An affinity for topics around health and nutrition would be great

Deine Aufgaben an Deck:
- Du trägst die 360 Grad Verantwortung für die Marke NORSAN in Norwegen
- Du treibst den Ausbau von NORSAN in Norwegen voran und gewinnst neue Kunden und Partner.
- Du entwickelst und setzt kreative Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten um und gehst dabei auch mal unkonventionelle Wege, um neue Zielgruppen zu erreichen
- Du erkennst Chancen auf dem norwegischen Markt und nutzt diese für den Erfolg von NORSAN
- Du wirst Fachexperte für produktbezogene oder gesundheitliche Fragen rund um das Thema Omega-3 und bist Ansprechpartner*in für Therapeuten und Kunden und nimmst aktiv an Fachkongressen und Veranstaltungen teil
- Du bist im engen Austausch mit den Länder-Teams in Frankreich, Italien, Polen, Slowenien und dem Baltikum
Das erwarten wir von dir:
- Deine Muttersprache ist Norwegisch und du besitzt gute Deutsch-und/oder Englischkenntnisse
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil
- Du bist ein Macher und bringst dazu noch ein Gründer-Mind-Set mit
- Es liegt in deiner Natur, Prozesse voranzutreiben und immer wieder neue, kreative Wege zu suchen
- Du blickst gerne über den Tellerrand und arbeitest lösungs- und zielorientiert
- Affinität zu Themen um Gesundheit und Ernährung ist ein Plus
